My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

Jack's Board House offers the following Returns Policy (Web Site Sales Only) :
If you need to return a package to us for either an exchange or refund to your credit card, please note the following: No used items accepted for return.
UNUSED ITEMS, with all of the original tags and packaging must be post-marked to us within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund on the purchase price (This does not include shipping charges).
Items that are returned after the 10 day time frame will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
ALL IN STORE SALES ARE FINAL !  NO CASH REFUNDS  Items may be exchanged within 10 days with receipt.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OF ITEMS THAT ARE DIRTY, SCRATCHED, NOT IN 'NEW CONDITION'
We reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee per item if the product is not received by us in completely re-sellable condition. Examples of this would be mounting hardware not in original packaging, torn, loose, obvious signs the product was mounted and used, tags missing on outerwear, outerwear that is returned with animal hair.

We do not accept returns after 15 days.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please include a copy of your receipt with an explanation for your return, and/or the items for which you would like to exchange. Please also include your order number and return address to speed things up.

What if my package was damaged upon receiving?
Please check the package for damage before signing for the merchandise. Contact the shipping company at once and request a Damage Inspection Report. Request that the shipping company (most likely UPS) return the merchandise to Jack's Board House.

We may ship certain items for free, but if you decide to return the item because you don't like the color or just simply changed your mind, or it's the wrong size, and you won't accept a store credit, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE ITEM AMOUNT MINUS THE SHIPPING CHARGE. THE CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

RETURN OF A COAT OR PANTS:     $10.00 FEE
RETURN OF A LONGBOARD:     $20.00 FEE
RETURN OF A SNOWBOARD:     $28.00 FEE
RETURN OF A PAIR OF BINDINGS:     $15.00 FEE
RETURN OF A PAIR OF BOOTS:     $15.00 FEE
RETURN OF ANY ITEM UNDER 50.00     *Actual Shipping cost.
When will my order ship?
  All orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
