Your international order may be subject to import customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website and are not charges generated from jacksboardhouse.com. In some cases these fees can be substantial, so we recommend you contact your local customs office for an estimate prior to placing an order. |
| Do you ship to my country? |

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries please give us a call to discuss shipping details. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
We offer UPS Worldwide Express Saver (recommended for 2-3 business days) or United States Postal Service Global Express Mail (5-10 business days) service depending upon the type of products you would like to purchase and the destination country. |
| What are my payment choices? |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order if your country is listed in the drop down menu. If your country is not listed in the drop down menu we can discuss payment by credit card over the phone and send you copies of your receipt and tracking info by email. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. If your country is not listed as a ship to country then give us a call at 541-618-8504 to discuss shipping details like shipping charges and when your order will ship. |
